Student Organizations

APhA-ASP - American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists  serves as a collective voice of student pharmacists and provides opportunities for professional exploration and development.

ASCP - American Society of Consultant Pharmacists provides students with knowledge and exposes students to providing care in a senior care setting.

CPFI - Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International helps pharmacists and pharmacy students incorporate their faith into the pharmacy profession. 

IPhO - Industry Pharmacists Organization prepares students for pharmaceutical industry careers. Our chapter serves as a networking resource and works with industry professionals to provide education regarding the many pharmacist roles in industry. 

Kappa Epsilon supports personal and professional development, provides networking opportunities and promotes the profession of pharmacy.

Kappa Psi fosters high ideals and scholarship, encourages pharmaceutical research and inspires members to have a deep and lasting pride in their fraternity and in the pharmacy profession.

NCPA - National Community Pharmacists Association creates educational and networking opportunities for students interested in independent community pharmacy.

PLS - Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society identifies and rewards student leaders and helps them further develop their leadership skills.

ResearchRX - ResearchRx promotes scientific literacy, engages pharmacy students with research methods and current topics and encourages student involvement with research at the University of Kansas.

Rho Chi is the pharmacy academic honor society that encourages and recognizes scholastic excellence and seeks to promote fellowship among members.

SCCP - Student College of Clinical Pharmacy creates educational and networking opportunities for students interested in working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a clinical environment.

SNPhA - Student National Pharmaceutical Association represents students who are dedicated to advancing the pharmacy profession and serving the underserved.

SSHP - Student Society of Health System Pharmacists represents students who aspire to practice in hospitals, health maintenance organizations, long-term care facilities, home care and other components of health care systems.
