Rho Chi
Rho Chi is the pharmacy academic honor society. Rho Chi encourages and recognizes scholastic excellence and seeks to promote fellowship among members. KU's Alpha Rho Chapter offers group and individual tutoring for courses throughout the pharmacy curriculum.

Care Beyond the Boulevard
Care Beyond the Boulevard fills a significant gap in access to comprehensive medical care for Kansas City’s homeless residents. They deliver high quality, reliable, evidence based care outside the bounds of traditional healthcare settings for unsheltered homeless patients. Rho Chi students packaged over 250 wound-care kits.
Ronald McDonald House at Children's Mercy
The Ronald McDonald House Kansas City provides essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. Rho Chi students packed snack bags with notes for families of children staying at the facility.

Membership and Fees —
Students are eligible for Rho Chi membership during the spring semester of their P3 year if they:
- are in the top 20% of their class after completion of three semesters.
- have completed at least one-half of the classroom and lab coursework required for the Pharm.D. degree.
Prospective members are evaluated on scholarship, character and conduct. Members are inducted during the spring semester of the P2 year and become a lifetime members of Rho Chi.
