Parking (Lawrence Campus)

Getting to the KU SOP Building

  • There is considerable construction on/near West Campus.

  • August 18th is also ‘move-in’ day for the dorms. Traffic will be heavier than usual, please allow extra time to reach the SOP Building.

  • Directions - From Iowa St., approach Becker drive from the north, by going west on 19th street to Constant Avenue; Left (south) on Constant Avenue to Becker Drive and then right on Becker Drive, around the curve to lot 302. Alternatively, you can enter Crestline Drive via Bob Billings Parkway, turn left (east) on Irving Hill Road, then turn right on Constant Avenue, then right on to Becker Drive, around the curve to lot 302.

  • Parking is free in Yellow Zone parking spaces prior to the start of classes on Monday, August 21st.
