Video Projector in 2020

2020 Podium Mic Issues

TurningPoint Connection Issues

11.19.19: This issue has been resolved.

We've encountered issues in some of our rooms with TurningPoint connecting to the Mobile Response option. Attempting to retry will eventually allow it to connect, but we're in contact with both TurningTechnologies support and KU IT and are currently investigating the issue.

Student Mic Issues

RM 3020 Instructor View Camera Issue

Description:

There is an issue when viewing the instructor camera (from Wichita). The image is grainy. We will have to wait until Winter Break in order to send in faulty hardware for repair. Sorry for the inconveinance.

Status Update: Instructor camera is currently flickering/blanking out. Vendor has been contacted to resolve this individual issue sooner. Other issues will remain to be resolved during Winter Break.

Wireless Network Connectivity

RM 3020 Student Mic Tracking Issues

Description:

The student mics are experiencing some tracking issues. The mics all work, however the camera will not pan to the student using the mic function. We've also noticed a certain amount of "open" mics, which are creating additional feedback. This is being escalated to our vendor.

RM 3002 Podium Mic Issue

RM 2020 Student Camera Tracking

Smartboard Stylus Issue - Room 2020
