Students from the KU School of Pharmacy traveled to Southwest Kansas on Saturday, September 20 to provide free flu shots to people who might not otherwise be able to afford them. The project is an expansion of the school’s annual Operation Immunization program, through which students offer free flu shots to Wichita-area residents.
